Déborah CHAPON, who holds a “Master 2 Droit de la Propriété Intellectuelle” (Intellectual Property Law) (Lyon) (France) and a “Master 1 de droit international” (International Law), obtained in the anglophone Canada (Queen’s University), joined CHABERT & Associés Law Firm at the beginning of 2018, after becoming a Lawyer.

She has worked in several organizations of different sizes in France and abroad (Consulting firms and Law Firms specializing in Intellectual Property), where she has acquired an expertise in the fields of Intellectual Property and New Information and Communication Technologies.
With CHABERT & ASSOCIÉS Law Firm, Déborah CHAPON works mainly on files with a global reach or technical implications, and notably on Intellectual Property (trademarks, design rights and copyright), as well for advice as for litigation.

She works closely with other Departments of the Law Firm, in the field of Computer Law and Business Law.
She holds two University Degrees on English and American Comparative Law, Déborah CHAPON demonstrates proficiency in Commercial Legal English, working as well in French as in English.
