Ethics and legal profession

In accordance with Article 10 of the National Internal Rules of the legal profession, our law firm informed the Bar Association of the lawyers of Lyon about the opening of this site and has communicated the domain name and the URL address to access it, which contains the exact name of the law firm.

Our law firm said that the content of this site is respectful of confidentiality and of the principles of dignity and honor applicable in the context of the exercise of the lawyer profession.

The Website and data, information and documents provided to the User are only intended for general and not exhaustive information related to our law firm and / or the legal profession and can't be considered as a general act of canvassing, solicitation and / or as a service offering.

The User may, through the present site, on its own initiative, require the law firm to provide him  a personalized service by sending an email at: avocats@chabert-associes.fr.

Our law firm said that the issue of an online legal service will be subject to the condition to dispose of the applicant's identity and characteristics in order to be able to maintain confidentiality, avoid conflicts of interest and provide the latter with information tailored to the situation. The name of the lawyer providing the consultation will be clear to the applicant.

Terms of use

Given the technical difficulties inherent in Internet and constraints to the maintenance, our law firm can not guarantee the User access to the site continuously.

The firm reserves the right to modify and update the address at his convenience, the contents and the conditions of use of the Site.

Data protection

The User agrees to comply with the data protection act, the violation is punishable by criminal sanctions.
